Returns Policy

Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the HF MetalArt website. Following situations may arise:

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products  was / were missing.
  • Wrong item was sent by us.
  • Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.
  • Points to be noted:
  • We can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
  • In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
  • In case Buyer has ordered for customized product.

How can you return a product ordered from hfmetalart.in?

Answer:
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on hfmetalart.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund. The shipping charges will not be refunded for the order. While putting request for return send snapshot of the outer packet of the product, copy of invoice and of the product. The file size of each snapshot should not exceed 2mb.

All items must be returned in their original condition as unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.


When you return your product, please indicate the reason (in case you wish to) for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or Registered Post Parcel.
As per our replacement policy, if you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you -

(i) wrong size,

(ii) wrong color,

(iii) defective or

(iv) significantly different from the description given by us and you intimate such shortcoming to us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the product, such an can be replaced or if such product is not available for replacement your money will be refunded, within 10 days of such intimation received. However do make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. What is the return period of an item?

Items should be returned within 10 days of receiving the product. The return period of the product is mentioned along with the product description.

How do I initiate a return and what happens afterwards?

File a return request from ‘My Account’. Sign-In -> My Account -> Order History -> Request Return. Return request is reviewed by HF MetalArt.
If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us.
After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability.
It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.


Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.


How should I pack the product for pick-up?
Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.


Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
If we arrange the pick up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a courier service to send your product back, you need to bear the courier cost. However, we will reimburse you the courier charges upto Rs.300 in the form of Cash Wallet.


My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?
After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier’s website. You can track the status of your return request at hfmetalart.in/track order too.


When will I get the replacement or refund?
We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes upto 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. However, if the refund is in Wallet, the amount is immediately transferred to your Cash Wallet account. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or you have not written order number on the package.

For COD orders refund would be done in form of cash wallet or the eligible amount would be credited via NEFT. NEFT details have to be mandatorily submitted by the user against the order id under the "My Account" section on the website.
