Payment made by credit/debit card or any other mode as mentioned above should be received by us on time. If for any reason we do not receive payment from the credit/debit card issuer or any agent involved in any of the above payment modes, You agree that you shall pay all amounts due upon demand by us.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges varies with each Courier Company.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Courier Company generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- The Seller offering the product
- Product's availability with the Seller
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, Octroi etc) on items sold by HF MetalArt?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on HF MetalArt. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on our shipping policy.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your Pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your Pincode until the checkout stage, the Pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
- Whether the Courier Company ships to your location
- Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
- The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
At times Courier Company prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Does HF MetalArt deliver internationally?
Yes, HF MetalArt do deliver item internationally. But the delivery or shipping charges has to be bear by the customer.
Returns Policy:
- Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the HF MetalArt website. Following situations may arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing.
- Wrong item was sent by us.
- Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.
- Points to be noted:
- Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
- In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- In case Buyer has ordered for customized product.

How can I return a product ordered from hfmetalart.in?
Answer:To provide you a worry free shopping experience on hfmetalart.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund. The shipping charges will not be refunded for the order.

All items must be returned in their original condition as unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
When you return your product, please indicate the reason (in case you wish to) for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or Registered Post Parcel.
Cancellation Policy:Cancellation By HF MetalArt Pvt. Limited
There may be certain orders that HF MetalArt cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which HF MetalArt identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
Cancellation by Customer:
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customer can always check the status of their order from Track Order option Track Order option available at www.hfmetalart.in . Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction. Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account.
NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
